To cancel your service, just submit a Support Ticket. You must cancel your service within 3 days of the activation of your account. Your outgoing calls must not exceed 90 minutes of use. You will be responsible for additional charges such as other setup fees for addons, extras and access numbers. When conditions above have been met, you will receive a refund. The refund will be returned back to your account.

Service Cancellation After 3 Days:
To cancel your service after 3 days
- Sign into the Client Area
- Click on “My Products & Services”
- Click on the service you want to cancel.
- Click on the “Request Cancellation”
You will be given the option to terminate you service immediately or at the end of your billing period. No refunds will be issued after the first 3 days of service. Cancellations must be done at least 48hrs before the next billing to avoid automatic rebilling. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.
Refund/Credit for Poor Call Quality
Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Services are provided “as is.” Credit allowances for interruption of service, including but not limited to poor quality calls, one way audio calls, improperly terminated calls, cut off calls or falsely connected calls, issues with 3rd party carriers, will not be provided.
Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades are allowed with no penalty. At the time of the event, a pro-rated fee is generated based on the credit for the current month, and debit for the new monthly fee. The difference will be immediately billed to your account and there are no credits issued in any form except towards the new plan.
Unused pre-paid credit is non-refundable at this time.
